Tale Stars v10: Speed Exploit returns and updated mod menu

The developers of Tale Stars have released a major update to version v10. This is currently early-access, so minor technical bugs may occur, such as long initial loading times. The team is already working on a fix, and iOS users will be able to check out the update a little later.
